I finally got fitted for my Pointe shoes! Last night, during my break at dance, I got to try on a couple pairs of Pointe shoes, and we found the perfect fit! The picture above is what mine will look like... those are the EXACT ONES!!! Gaynor Minden is the brand, they were so comfortable... well, as comfortable as Pointe shoes can be :) I danced around on my teacher's Pointe shoes for quite a while! I did turns, jumps, leaps... anything I shouldn't have been doing... ha ha! Everyone says that my feet are going to hurt... they don't! Lucky me! My shoes should be here in a week or two! I am SOOOO Excited to start Advanced Ballet! Yesterday was a great day!!!
