Not quite cold yet... But definitely not summer

It's October, finally cool enough to break out the boots and hoodies, but it isn't cold enough to wear snow boots and ten-inch-thick winter coats. It's my favorite time of year, I finally get to wear my cute winter shoes with my long sleeved shirts. All the October- February clothes have come off of the shelf and out of the boxes. St. George is the best place to live! It never gets very cold, sure it gets down into the 40's or 50's but that's about it. Unlike s
Salt Lake, where if you walk outside for five minutes, you come back in with frostbite (exaggeration); St. George's temperatures stay considerably warm. We don't need snow boots or heavy coats, or anything that will cause us go burn up.I just love all the colors and rain that takes place during this time of year, not to mention Halloween, thanksgiving and Christmas :)
